Challenge #4

Now that we have all focused on inches, exercise, and sleep (which have all been great challenges!), let's turn our attention to weight loss. This weeks challenge is: the person that loses the highest percentage of their initial body weight this week will win a $15 gift card to the clothing store of their choice. So let the losing for this week begin!

P.S. this means I will for sure need weight updates from all of you today.

    Also, just wondering if anyone else had any more good recipes for this week?

  2. I would also love a great recipe! I ate Fajitas last night that are really healthy!

    3 Chicken Breasts - cook in pan with a 1-2 T olive oil then add
    1 green pepper
    1 sm red onion
    1 packet fajita mix
    1/4 cup water
    squirt of lime juice

    let simmer until sauce is thick (5-10 min)

    Wrap it in a whole wheat tortilla for a very balanced and yummy meal :)

  3. Has anyone else heard about the Pound for Pound Challenge? (pfpchallenge.com)
    It is being held by The Biggest Loser and basically, for each pound you lose, General Mills will donate 1 lb of food to "Feed America". You can also mail in Yoplait yogurt lids for the same cause. Anyone interested?
