  1. Go Girl GO!!! Congrats!!! What did you to do work out... with that many minutes I assume you did different stuff to switch up the workout. We all want to hear what you did. Congrats on the 3% + loss!

Ok everyone - I guess being the "old woman" of the group kind of gave me advantage with last week's challenge since I am not working and going to school full time and my schedule is a little more flexible. In answer to your question Megan - I go to an exercise class at the church 3 mornings a week - we did Aerobics, yoga, and kickboxing last week - then I went to the rec center every day to do walking and biking. I have to say that I really enjoyed it and it made me realize how important the exercise part is for me. Maybe I can put my 15.00 towards a new ipod so that I can exercise in style! Thanks Lauren!
