I just got back from the gym, one of the best workouts I've had in a while. something that I've noticed is that even though I haven't lost much weight (about five pounds total), I can tell I'm getting in better shape because when my work outs are over, instead of feeling worn out and exhausted, I feel enthusiastic, happy, and fit. It's like my endorphins are finally realizing what they're supposed to do when I work out, and before they were too tired to do it! It's a really great feeling.
